Fit Supangle contains 220 calories per serving: 8 g protein, 24 g carbohydrate and 10 g fat. It takes 30 minutes in total and makes 4 servings.
This fit version of the classic supangle has a whole wheat cake base topped with a light chocolate pudding sweetened with molasses or dates. Lower in sugar and calories this dessert is both satisfying and elegant.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Whisk eggs and molasses.
Add olive oil and yogurt and mix.
Add whole wheat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Bake in a small pan for 15 minutes cool cut into pieces and place in cups.
For the pudding heat milk in a saucepan.
Add cocoa, whole wheat flour, starch and sweetener whisk constantly.
Add dark chocolate near boiling stir until melted.
Once thickened remove from heat and pour over cake pieces.
Top with coconut or almonds.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
